The Catalan Traffic Service has reported this Thursday, July 28 at night, of an accident on the C-14 at kilometer 84.2 in Ossó de Sió (Urgell). For reasons that are still being investigated, a 23-year-old motorcyclist from Preixens (Noguera) left the road, causing his death.
As a result of the incident, three patrols of the Mossos d’Esquadra, two endowments of the Fire Department of the Generalitat and three units and a team of psychologists from the Medical Emergency System (SEM) were activated.
With this victim, there are 87 people who have died in a traffic accident this year on the interurban road network in Catalonia, 32 of them motorcyclists.
