Agents of the Coexistence and Security Unit (UCOS) of the Valencia Local Police have arrested two men, one of them 40 years old, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 20-year-old girl in a nightclub in the city, as confirmed to Europa Press police sources.
As the Levante newspaper reported, a nightclub waitress and several clients were the ones who notified the security guards after surprising the two authors while they were attacking the victim.
The events occurred last Saturday, April 1, at around 9:30 p.m., in a nightclub in the port area, when the agents received a notice from the local security personnel that two men had sexually assaulted a young woman. detailed the same sources.
The manager of the premises has expressed his surprise to the Valencian newspaper after the perpetrators acted with total impunity in a space where “there were hundreds of people around”: “We don’t know how they had the courage to dare to do that,” he explained.

After being treated by the agents, the victim was transferred to the Hospital ClÃnico de València, where she was assisted by health workers and by a coroner who carried out the pertinent clinical examination.
The agents have notified the GAMA group of the Local Police, who have gone to the hospital to initiate the protocol in the event of a possible sexual assault. The young woman, who has told the agents her willingness to report the facts, has indicated that the only thing she remembered was being together with two men who at one point began to grope her, while she refused.
