On Wednesday, October 25, the Barcelona Health Hub association has called a digital event at the Sant Pau Modernist Campus: the ‘BHH Fast Track’, which has the participation of the NGO Proactiva Open Arms. The event, which will last throughout the day, focuses on three presentations on the challenges and opportunities presented by the healthcare ecosystem, startups, corporations, hospitals and NGOs.

During the event, the association has summoned its ecosystem in a social initiative to provide assistance to the NGO, with the purpose of its vessel, led by Òscar Camps, being equipped with technological solutions in digital health that contribute to facilitating the work of rescue, cures and diagnosis on board.

The event is part of the 5th anniversary of Barcelona Health Hub, already consolidated internationally as one of the most important centers in the sector and which has positioned the city as an international benchmark in digital health. In this sense, to face future challenges, Luis Badrinas, until now CEO, assumes the vice presidency of Corporate Development, and Eva Rosell, who held general management, becomes the new CEO.

BHH started its activity in 2018 with 8 startups and 200 partner members in the Sant Pau Modernist Campus. Currently, it has grown to reach 500 members, of which 300 are startups, scaleups and entrepreneurs; 85, health, educational institutions or partners; 100 are related to the pharmaceutical or insurance sector, and 15 investors.
