The Danish tv-viewers since 1. december again had the opportunity to follow along with Tinka, when TV2 has chosen to give new life to the fairy from the succesjulekalenderen ‘Tinkas fairy tale’ from 2017.

the Sequel, which is titled ‘Tinka and Kongespillet’, has so far also been a success among the viewers, who every evening sat glued to the screen to follow with in the next chapter. According to new figures from Kantar Gallup.

the Company provides each Monday afternoon updated ratings from the most recent week’s tv shows, and here have ‘Tinka and Kongespillet’ placed himself firmly in the top.

in Fact, each of the seven sections, which was sent last week, located on one of the top seven places over the week’s most-watched tv programs. Sunday’s title tops the list with 1.040.000 viewers, while Friday’s section is on the seventh place with 814.000 viewers.

And it’s never happened before, that one advent calendar has put himself on the seven top spots of the most-watched tv programs in the same week. It informs Michael Hansen, editor in TV2’s communications department, to Ekstra Bladet, and he is, therefore, obviously a happy man.

– It is quite exceptional and never seen before. It helps of course that the handball WORLD cup is not being played in Europe, so the matches are played in the middle of the day. If it had been in the evening, so could one of the matches might have crept in, he says and affirms, that he still sees it as a great achievement.

Each program at Kantar Gallup gets a rating of 1-5, based on at least 70 ratings for each program. Here is Tinka and Kongespillet’ with an assessment of 4.4, as Michael Hansen is pleased with.

– the christmas calendar also came with a good starting point. The first was very popular in 2017, where it lay with a rating of 4.3, says Michael Hansen, says that this year’s advent calendar is also very popular on the TV2Play.
