A tractor-trailer jackknifed Wednesday morning on Interstate 80 in Warren County, the New Jersey Department of Transportation reports.
The eastbound crash at 9:51 a.m. west of Exit 19 in Allamuchy Township shut one of the two lanes, the DOT said. Delays at 10:30 a.m. were 10 to 15 minutes, the DOT and New Jersey State Police said.
Just after 11 a.m., the delay was 30 to 35 minutes and there was a fuel spill, the DOT said.

The highway was wet from morning rains. It didn’t appear anyone was hurt, a trooper from the Hope barracks said.
