The autopsies on the bodies of the four deceased people, located last Tuesday in a house on Cuesta de Santa Leocadia, in the Old Town of Toledo, are compatible with “very high” carbon monoxide poisoning.
This was stated this Friday in response to questions from the media in a press conference by the Government delegate in Castilla-La Mancha, Milagros Tolón, who reported the completion of the autopsies, still at the expense of the results of the National Institute of Toxicology. .
Likewise, Toulon has indicated that relatives of three of the deceased have been located, so it remains to locate the family of one of the deceased. The bodies correspond to those of a woman, 46 years old and of Spanish nationality; a 56-year-old Spanish man; a 58-year-old man born in the United Kingdom but with Spanish nationality; and a 64-year-old citizen of Romania.
The Government delegate has pointed out that the investigation has not yet been completed and that we must wait for the final results of the autopsies to determine the time at which each of these four people died.
The bodies were in three different rooms, so that one was in one room, another in another and two others in another, as sources from the Government Delegation have told EFE, who have also pointed out that the house did not show signs of disorder.
