The Investigative Court number 5 of Marbella agreed to the provisional release of the detainee, who must appear in court every time he is summoned, as reported this Tuesday by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia, which added that the victim also provided statement before the judge.
According to the newspaper La Opinión de Málaga, the victim was taken to a health center for examination and the alleged perpetrator of the attack was quickly located by the Police.
