Croquettes are one of the dishes most loved by Spaniards. One of the advantages of this snack with so many followers is the versatility of its filling, meaning that we can find ham, mushroom and shrimp croquettes among many others.

However, if there is something negative to highlight about this delicacy, it is its arduous preparation. Cooking the bechamel, making the mixture, letting it cool, assembling the croquettes… the steps seem endless, so it is always good to have some trick to have them ready in the shortest time possible.

Content creator Sabina Banzo has found the ideal trick to cook croquette dough in just 30 minutes: the bechamel mix. It is a flour from the Los Milagros de Santa Rita brand that allows this process to be carried out in less time.

“For 25 croquettes it is necessary to mix 100 grams of the preparation and 335 ml of cold milk,” says the influencer, who does the test on her Instagram profile. “Bechamel made in a minute” says Sabina, who adds fish to the batter and prepares this classic Spanish dish in less than half an hour.

The video, which already has thousands of views, amasses all kinds of comments: “You have solved my life because I am ashamed to admit that in my life I have made an edible béchamel” says one user, while another points out: “You finish me to create a need.
