Primavera Sound promises to be more than a musical meeting. The festival, which will celebrate its main days from May 30 to June 1 at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, ??offers its attendees a varied gastronomic offer in the food trucks and stands located inside the venue.
Lovers of English cuisine can go to The Fish and Chips Shop with its reinterpretation of the British classic. There will also be the creative tortillas from Los Tortillez, the Texas-made barbecue from Two Bastards, the gourmet Milanese from Chalito, the award-winning pizzas from Grosso Napoletano and the popular burgers from Vicio.
The list of proposals does not end there. Attendees will be able to try Piel de Gallina’s fried chicken, Rocambolesc’s five-star bikinis or Al Duomo’s Italian recipes.
If you fancy a burger, La Porca, Filete Ruso and Hamburguesa Nostra will have the grill ready. If we are more of a pizza person, Garden Pizza, Funky Pizza, Squadra Pizza Lab, L’Artesana and Una Pizza will have the oven ready.
At Primavera Sound 2024, the dumplings from Lady Dumpling, the empanadas from Las Muns, the onigiris from Omu or the African cuisine from Abarka will arrive.
There will be no shortage of vegetarian and vegan options and food intolerances. According to the organization, practically all stands and food trucks will have alternatives on their menu, although there will also be Rasoterra and Gallo Santo or the gluten-free corner of M2. For dessert, some ice cream from Gogo and Guapaletas, vegan donuts from Cuvo or açaí bowls from Oakberry.
However, the organization wants to “disprove the myth that you cannot eat well at a festival.” In addition, it ensures that it will be a sustainable experience: all cutlery and tableware will be compostable and seasonal and local products will be used to reduce the environmental impact.
