“I have never been so scared in my life,” said influencer Abril Cols when she told what had happened to her the day before in a parking lot, in the heart of Barcelona. It was noon and the young woman had gone with a friend to Barcelona, ??to go have lunch with other acquaintances. Before, they decided to do some shopping downtown, and they parked her car. Finishing first, she went to the car to leave the bags and wait for her friend.

The vehicle was parked on the second floor of a parking lot on Passeig de Gràcia, to which she went alone. However, things started to get strange when she saw a black car parked with a man inside it, who couldn’t stop looking at her.

The young woman, at first, couldn’t find her car, but when she finally found it, it was too close to the black car for her liking.

“I passed in front of him and there was a car, two vacant seats, and I said, I’m going to look for my friend. He kept looking at me, he never stopped looking at me. The street door was very far away,” he explains, ensuring that She became very nervous and those were “the worst 10 minutes of her life.”

Cols called her friend, to whom she told that she was afraid and that she was waiting for her inside her closed car. However, to her surprise, the guy inside the suspicious black vehicle decided to get out and approach her. “He comes up to my door and tells me to roll down the window. I didn’t feel comfortable and I told him no. He made a gesture at me like a bag and I told him no. He left angry,” he explains.

Just then, to Cols’ relief, her friend arrived, asking her to start the car immediately. “She wanted to see what reaction he had,” explains the influencer, referring to the man, who was still in the other car. “We heard that car accelerate, and it chased us for about ten people,” she says.

The young women saw a family passing through the parking lot, a moment they took advantage of to stop, taking advantage of the fact that they were no longer alone. What they didn’t expect was that the man in the black car would also do it, parking his vehicle right in front of them, occupying no less than three spaces.

“She got out of the car, she was looking at us,” she explains, saying that neither of them knew how to react in that case. Luckily, they were able to run after the family. “I don’t know which reaction would have been correct: go upstairs and run the risk that my friend comes through another door and the same thing happens to her and she finds herself alone, or wait in the car and prevent her from breaking into our car to rob us” , she laments, admitting that even with the car closed they felt a little more “safe.”

The two managed to leave the parking lot unharmed, and although they will never know what that man wanted, the influencer suspects that it was “nothing good”, so it was better not to know. “That’s how it stayed, like one more of the stories that we women have to endure when we go alone for five minutes.”
