3. Counter-Notification Procedure

4. Repeat Infringers

USANews.net reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who repeatedly infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights.

5. Limitations of Liability

USANews.net is not liable for copyright-infringing material posted by users or third parties. As a hosting platform, we comply with the provisions of the DMCA and act swiftly to remove infringing content when notified appropriately.
