It was expected to be emotional, but none of the Conexión Honduras viewers expected that the reunion between Arantxa del Sol and her husband, Finito de Córdoba, would be one of the most romantic moments they would experience in the history of Survivors.

The right-hander arrived in Honduras with a clear objective: to reunite with his wife, one of the favorites of this edition. What he didn’t know was that, to do so, he was going to have to face a tough test himself if he wanted to reach her. A challenge that the bullfighter did not expect, but this adventure is being a trial by fire for both of them.

Sandra Barneda, presenter of the show, warned the right-hander that seeing his wife was not going to be easy, announcing the tough test he would have to face: getting into the water to find the two keys that would open the keys to the cage where His wife was there, locked up with a mask.

The bullfighter, without hesitation and despite not being dressed for it, jumped into the water to get the precious keys. Once he had them in his possession, he reached the cage where he was, opened the door and immediately hugged her while he took off her mask. “She can’t be prettier, how pretty, not even hunger steals your beauty.”

The couple, who have been married for 23 years, did not stop kissing and hugging while the public in Madrid burst into applause. “We are very proud of you. We have felt the love of all the people, family and friends.” Among those attending the gala, Lucía (21), daughter of the couple, who could not contain her tears when she saw them.

“I’m very excited,” Lucía admitted to Sandra Barneda. “I get emotional and everything when I talk. I get home and see my father, my mother and my brother on the couch and I always think how lucky I am to have a united family! That they love and admire each other. That’s what best I have.”

“How beautiful what we just experienced, we are all here crying. How beautiful you have done it, Finito,” Sandra Barneda assured from the set, once she made the connection with the couple. Arantxa del Sol, very excited, recognized that she had been extremely happy.

“It’s the best gift,” the presenter insisted, with her husband insisting that “you told me come and I left everything.” Quite a statement that also served as the beginning of an improvised speech of support. “She is being in all her virtues, she is a woman who flees from conflicts, from controversy…”.

“Thank you very much for having my daughter for making her return to television in this way and to her home, to Telecinco. Thank you for giving us this moment,” the right-hander concluded.
