Rosalía continues unstoppable with her Motomami Festival Tour, but an unexpected incident cut short her performance at the Asuncionico Festival, the most outstanding musical event in Paraguay. The artist was interpreting the beginning of her song CUUUUuuuuuute, the one that normally closes her concerts, when the speakers and screens stopped the performance dead.

“The power is gone,” justified the singer without a microphone after a few seconds of general confusion. The attendees did not give credit either and asked Rosalía to sing the rest of the song a cappella, but she did not agree because her microphone did not work either. Some attendees say on social networks that this blackout was intentional on the part of the festival organization due to the long delay in the concert program, which caused some to overlap with others.

At this same concert in Paraguay, the singer also had an incident with a flag that she picked up from the public. Rosalía grabbed the banner of Club Cerro Porteño, a local soccer team, and held it out to those in attendance, prompting complaints from non-fans of that team. The singer showed with her gestures that she did not understand the controversy and that she did not know what that flag was, so she quickly returned it to the public.

The first to enjoy Rosalía’s Motomami Festival Tour have been Argentina, Chile and Paraguay. The singer has several festival performances scheduled for 2023 after the success of her Motomami World Tour, which began on July 6, 2022 in Almería and concluded on December 18 in Paris after 47 concerts around the world.

Rosalía has just released a new song, Beso, together with her boyfriend, the also singer Rauw Alejandro, and, in the song’s music video, the couple announced that they are getting married. At the moment, neither of them has spoken about the ceremony and they have not given any further details, but the couple is expected to celebrate a private wedding.
