The latest installment of ‘Planeta Calleja’, broadcast last night on Cuatro, led presenter Carlos Sobera to face one of his greatest fears: heights.

The adventure with Jesús Calleja began in Montenegro, more specifically in the Bay of Kotor, considered the southernmost fjord in Europe, a picturesque place full of small towns with Venetian baroque architecture.

Sobera’s journey began on a boat that crossed the bay, but the real test was yet to come: the cable car. Although the place offered impressive views, the presenter found the heights overwhelming. “Where are you putting me, Calleja?” Sobera questioned. “These things make me a little nervous,” he confessed as he boarded the cable car.

During the journey, Sobera expressed his fear of heights with expressions such as “I don’t want to look anywhere, Jesus!”, while Calleja continued talking about vibrations and urged him to enjoy the landscape. The tension increased when the cable car creaked, causing the presenter to curse and ask Calleja to stay still so as not to destabilize it.

The journey reached its climax when, upon reaching the top of Lovcen National Park, Sobera said with a laugh: “I’m going to remember this all my life.”

Despite the intense emotions and fear of heights, the experience in ‘Planeta Calleja’ left an indelible mark on the presenter, who bravely faced his fears in an episode full of strong emotions.
