The man would have traveled through different streets in the urban area of ??Logroño on a motorcycle with “absolute disregard” for the safety of other drivers and pedestrians, as detailed by the agents.
GIAT agents detected up to seven videos on Instagram, in which a motorcyclist was observed circulating through the streets of Logroño while carrying out dangerous behaviors or maneuvers.
As they could see, the man committed multiple violations of the Traffic, Motor Vehicle Circulation and Road Safety Law, in addition to carrying out maneuvers that constitute crimes.
