The Mercedes allegedly refused to stop and collided with another vehicle near 38 Avenue NW 161 Street. The driver, identified as 21-year-old Antonio Vance, fled the crash site but was apprehended shortly after. The 16-year-old passenger was also taken into custody by other officers.
