They had been missing for two weeks and it is unknown since when, trapped in a ditch. It is the adventure of some small dogs that were rescued this past week by bBmbermen from the Valencia Provincial Consortium in a ditch in Genovés, in Valencia. Some neighbors alerted that the animals were trapped in an agricultural area of the municipal area, on the road to Barxeta.

A crew of firefighters from the Xàtiva park quickly moved, which verified that it was a final section of ditch covered with cement and tile, where there was a small hole through which the dogs could stick their heads out a bit to breathe, but it was not wide enough to get out.

The firefighters had to sting the area to rescue them, and once released, they were taken to the Xàtiva fire station, where they were hydrated and fed, waiting for the Animal Protection Agency to take over.

At the same time, they also gave the alert through social networks, to see if the owner appeared, and finally the owners’ daughter showed up at the park to pick up the couple.

As explained by the Provincial Firefighters Consortium, the puppies had escaped from the house of this family, in Llocnou d’En Fenollet two weeks ago, and could have entered through another point of the channeling of the Genovés ditch until they reached the section where they were rescued by firefighters.
