The body of a man was found on Tuesday night in the Miño riverbed as it passes through the Counturiz parish, in the Lugo town hall.
According to police sources, the body was found at 10:50 p.m. and agents from the Local Police, the National Police, as well as firefighters went to the place.
These sources have indicated that the body is in an advanced state of decomposition and does not have any type of identification. Thus, he has been transferred to the Lucus Augusti University Hospital to perform an autopsy to determine the causes of death, as well as the appropriate tests to find his identity.
