Parlem Telecom continues to expand its business through acquisitions. The Catalan company, which is listed on BME Growth, has allocated 10.5 million euros to the purchase of three telemarketers: Xartic, with a presence in Olot (Girona); Wicat, Lleida; and Fibrotel (Valencia).

The CEO, Ernest Pérez-Mas, assures that these movements will allow the company to add 5.5 million in billing, obtain 1.5 million in ebitda (gross profit) and reach a workforce of 210 workers. “We are going to exceed growth forecasts. This year, revenues will reach a total of 40 million euros and next year, we will reach 60 million, anticipating the 2024 goal,” explains the founder of the company, which already obtains 11% of income through the installation of solar panels in homes.

In parallel, the company is studying whether or not to appeal the penalty of 490,000 euros recently imposed by the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) for not providing data required for the development of its monitoring and analysis of the sector of the telecommunications.

Looking ahead to next year, Parlem does not anticipate new acquisitions or more store openings (currently, it has 28). The company wants to consolidate the business and continue to gain customers organically. In the medium term, Parlem is interested in making the leap to the international market, to countries like France or Italy, where it would operate with brands other than Parlem.
