After being charged last Thursday in connection to an April weapons incident, a former employee of Burger King in Michigan has a scheduled court date for next Thursday.
Dustin Rocheleau (24), of Garden City, is accused of pointing a gun at drive-thru customers as he worked at the window of the restaurant in Livonia. The incident took place about 20 miles west from Detroit. FOX 2 Detroit reported.
According to the report, the incident was caused by a dispute about how customers would pay for their food.
Livonia police posted security-camera video footage of the incident on Facebook. The video shows Rocheleau waving a gun at Rocheleau, and then a manager telling Rocheleau that he must leave.

Rocheleau faces an eight-count felony warrant in connection with the April 28 incident, FOX 2 reported.
According to the report, customers fled the restaurant and called police to report that the suspect had been arrested. According to the report, Rocheleau was found with the weapon in his backpack by responding officers who arrived at the scene.
