A 25-year-old young man has been arrested in the Malaga town of Marbella by the National Police as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assault on a minor when he was acting as a caretaker.
The Police were aware of the events last Sunday, when the hospital center activated the usual protocol in these cases and the mother reported the facts, according to police sources and the Costa del Sol Hospital.
After the complaint, the agents arrested the alleged attacker and the Police continue the investigations to clarify what happened.
The police sources have specified that the person investigated had been doing care work for the minor for some time, whose age has not transcended.
