A 47-year-old worker has been seriously injured after being crushed by an overhead crane while working at an aluminum company in the Ciudad Real town of Manzanares.
Sources from the Emergency Care and Coordination Service 112 of Castilla-La Mancha have reported that the accident occurred after 10 p.m. yesterday, Sunday, in a company located on D Street in the Manzanares industrial estate.
An ICU went to the scene of the events, treated the injured man and transferred him to the ‘Virgen de Altagracia’ hospital in the municipality, in a device in which members of the Civil Guard and the Local Police also participated.
