The new center for seniors, located in the neighborhood of Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera, has already been opened by the almost three hundred users who used the old space on Calle del Rec, 21-23.
The building has 1,128 square meters distributed over four floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the attic are used for the senior center and have services such as multipurpose rooms, cooking and computer classrooms, dining rooms, laundry, warehouse, urban gardens or living areas.
The second, third and fourth floors will be used to accommodate adults at risk of exclusion, which will begin operating in a few months. It has a total of fourteen rooms, six singles and eight doubles.
