It is not the job centre, the 24-year-old Aya Walid sending good juletanker to these days.

For 23 conversations and almost two years as a vacant permanent assignment to the job centre in Hvidovre brought her closer to a job.

– You just feel, you is a number in the system, and that we should meet up, so the examiner can put a tick in it.

I reached to have four-five different caseworkers, and each time you get a new one, it feels as if the case starts all over again. And then there is suddenly gone two years without you have come nowhere, ” says Aya Walid.

After having seen some of the applications, Aya has gotten help at the job center, is Özlem Cekic agree.

– One ought to actually start with to fire them (at the job center, ed.), she believes that after reading the Ayas of applications and resumes.

But Erkan Yildiz, who is a replacement consultant at Hvidovre job center, believes that the tools to get a job is actually being offered in the municipality.

– We have a team that sits specifically with the cv and look at what it is that is missing, and why is it you get so many refusals

– But do you think the system works, ask Poul Madsen during the interview.

– It makes it, is equivalent Erkan.

– That is, I have to say to you that it does not. I have sat and looked at Ayas application specifically: Lots of typos, lots of the kind in which to sell itself, without being able to argue for it, sounds offset from the editor-in-chief.

– I will not be able to say something out from this individual case here, but generally we are real good at getting people in jobs. Also the descendants and the immigrants.

– in other words, she is 24 years old. She has taken an education. She has done everything the politicians have asked for. She speaks Danish fluently, and she has very professional experience. She comes with you. You can’t even fix spelling mistakes. Do you think it is a succeskriterie, ask Özlem Cekic.

– of Course not. Not at all.

– We can help, but we have more challenges with finding the job she seeks. But we can send her over to something storing or cleaning or kantinearbejde. It is no problems.

– do you Think it is a solution, ask Ms on.

– No, and I do not, her caseworker feels that it is.
