Lazio rundbarberede Saturday Sampdoria, as hovedstadsklubben secured a humiliating victory at the whole 5-1.
Sampdorias trainer, the legendary Claudio Ranieri, had before the fight threatened that if his players were fully focused from the start of the match, so he would eat them alive.
And the threat has Ranieri certainly going to lead out in life, after the performance, he watched today.
– I put some oil, salt and pepper on them tonight and eat them alive, said Ranieri to Sky Sport Italia.
– It was not just that we have not won first or andenboldene – we won not the third or fourth ball. We were very lethargic, we didn’t react quickly enough and played simply not as a team. It is the worst performance I have seen since I arrived to the club.

Ranieri, however, had the profits to praise the opponent.
– Lazio deserve all the credit. They were well prepared and enjoyed playing their football. We were just not present, said Ranieri.
– It should, in theory, be an easier task for me in the next week, because the players should be more determined to correct it here in the next week, and prove that this is not the correct Sampdoria.
