A jury must now determine whether the two young men are guilty or innocent of having shot and killed the 32-year-old Nedim Yasar wound up in outer Nørrebro.
The former gang leader and radio host had just participated in a reception for the book ‘Roots’, which deals with his life as a criminal, and put into his car when an offender approached the car and fired a series of shots that injured Nedim Yasar fatal.
Until his death he was the host of the program ‘Politiradio’ at Radio24Syv, like he was often in the media, where he was critical to the gang neighborhoods of north west.

Monday begin the trial of two men accused of the killing. The two are 25 and 26. Both refuse to commit. In the indictment describes how the one went and fired the fatal shots against Nedim Yasar, while the other stayed back and waited in a getaway car. Was attacked at home

In the book describes how he one night in august 2017, was attacked in his home. Here knocked a masked and knivbevæbnet man on the doors, and as Nedim was opened, it began the masked man that sticks out after him with the knife, while he cried, ‘You must die. You’re dead, man.’
It succeeded Nedim Yasar to fend off the attack without coming to harm, and shortly after fled the masked attacker out into the night. The attack remains unsolved.
In connection with the book edition said Nedim Yasar to various media, that are still frequently received threats. Mainly via social media, which apparently was only created with the purpose to threaten him.
According to Ekstra information, none of the two defendants in direct relation to Nedim Yasar – or had other personal knowledge of him.

In the time after the killing made a part of the police investigation against the environment around were full members of the Satudarah, which has a branch in copenhagen Perform called the West Area. In connection with the arrest was among other things a search in the department’s clubhouse, which at the time lay in Ganløse.

In connection with the case has a further two men been charged. Both were also part of the Satudarah West Areas of the structure. Here was the one held in custody for a longer period of time, while the other was arrested and produced in grundlovsforhør, where the judge, however, did not find there was reasonable suspicion, which could justify pre-trial detention.

Both charges are now dropped.
But back then, in the winter of 2018/2019 sat thus, the two Satudarah members together with a third man, who was not a member, imprisoned in the matter of the killing of Nedim Yasar.
And in January 2019, the came were full members with an unusual public statement:
‘Pr. 21. January is the two accused, in drabssagen suspended until any court proceedings have taken place. Only then assessed for their possible future in the Satudarah MC Denmark’, said the message, which came a few days after Ekstra Bladet had revealed that one – which is identical with the one of the two defendants – had been admitted as a full member of the Satudarah, shortly before he was arrested.
There are devoted ten days to the case with the expected judgment 2. april.
