Now, the natural model from Tenerife, has published a video on her social networks in which she appears crying along with a reflection: “The feeling that you’re drowning, that it hurts so much that you don’t want that internal pain anymore…”, The model has written.
The beginning of the year 2023 has been especially hard for the Canarian model Joana Sanz. Just a week after losing her mother to cancer, her husband was arrested for an alleged sexual assault at a nightclub.
Joana Sanz herself has confessed that she is going through some horrible, dark and painful months. After announcing her separation from the footballer, the model has taken refuge in her work to try to leave this bad moment behind.
This same afternoon, Joana has published a video on her social networks in which she appears crying and also doing some of the activities that she likes the most: “The feeling that you are drowning, that it hurts so much that you don’t want that internal pain anymore, that you need to externalize it as a wound to be able to heal it… But you can’t. The only thing you can do is mourn it, accept it and get over it,” the young woman wrote.
“Do what you feel at the moment. They will talk about what you did well or badly, that you don’t care, that the opinion of what is foreign to those who have lived every moment with you does not affect you. Love yourself, because you are the only person with the one you will be in for the rest of your life”, added the model.
