The president of Aragon, the socialist Javier Lambán, refrained from supporting the Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, in his clash with the regional Executive of Isabel Díaz Ayuso by pointing out that in an autonomous act the fundamental thing is “the Government and the institutions” regional.

When asked for his opinion on the political storm unleashed in Madrid by Ayuso’s refusal to invite Bolaños to occupy a position on the rostrum during the Madrid Community Day events, Lambán assured that a minister “is not essential in an act autonomous”.

“Seen from the perspective of a provincial who tries to pronounce himself in life with common sense, it seems to me a small nonsense that I consider as an anecdote,” he said this Tuesday at an event held in Andorra (province of Teruel).

In his opinion, a minister does not have to be fundamental in an autonomous act, where the Government and the institutions of the community are, but if a minister “is determined” to attend, “well, there is no need to put too many problems” , settled.

During the Community Day event, Ayuso’s team prevented Bolaños, whom they had accused of “self-inviting”, from going up to the main stand of the civic-military parade of the institutional celebrations of Dos del Mayo. In it did appear the national leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, who occupied a place of honor.
