The Firefighters of the Community of Madrid have managed to rescue Rock, a German Shepherd who was trapped inside a four-meter-deep well in Leganés (Madrid).
As reported by the 112 Emergency Service, the dog is in good condition, despite having fallen into a somewhat narrow and deep hole.
The dog was walking with his owner through an area of ??bushes in the Arroyo de Butarque when one of the wells fell. After the warning, firefighters from the Community of Madrid went to the scene, deploying a small device to recover the furry animal.
In a video published by the force, it is observed that the participation of several agents was necessary for the operation. One of them was in charge of holding the German shepherd from below. In parallel, a rope was placed on it, which would help lift it up the well. At the top, another firefighter was waiting for him, in charge of using force to lift him up.
Once outside, they found that Rock was in “good condition,” although the furry boy seemed somewhat worried about the unfortunate episode.
After removing the dog from the four-meter well, both the firefighters and the people who were at the scene could not contain their excitement and celebrated in style that Rock is finally safe and “with his owner.”
