The MotoGP season is not being the most benevolent with Marc Márquez. The driver from Cervera follows his recovery at a slow pace, trying to recover the rhythm and skill that once led him to win eight world championships in the three categories. However, with the latest retirement at the Mugello circuit, the course is getting too long for him. Fortunately, the Honda racer has a better fortune in other areas.
As Diez Minutos magazine explains on its cover this week, Marc Márquez was seen on the street going to dinner with his new sentimental partner, Gemma Pinto. Both appear in one of the featured images of the weekly, walking around a local at night. Little else has emerged in this regard, but it is true that the new couple has been expressing their love for each other on social networks for several weeks.
The Catalan pilot confirmed his relationship with the influencer and public relations manager of the cosmetics brand Kream on May 22. The announcement became official after both posted photos of a romantic trip to Marrakech on their Instagram accounts. The reactions of the followers of both did not wait and were explosive, not believing the connection between the two. A relationship that continues adding moments weeks later.
Gemma Pinto Gasulla, who has nearly 75,000 followers on Instagram, studied Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing at the Faculty of Communication and International Relations at Ramon Llull University. There she met other influencers such as Laura Escanes, who did not hurt her to congratulate her on her twenty-sixth birthday, shortly before the trip with the pilot. Pinto met with a group of friends and family at the Feroz restaurant in Barcelona.
Despite this good news in the romantic field, the sports car is giving Cervera a considerable bill. Since his devastating accidents at the 2020 Spanish Grand Prix and the 2022 Indonesian Grand Prix, the Catalan has never been the same on two wheels. His last victory dates from October 2021 at the Misano circuit, and among so many injuries, the Honda mechanics have not been able to find a solution either.
This 2023 did not start well for Márquez either, with an accident in the first race in Portugal that cost him another relapse and a sanction. He returned to the bike at Le Mans for the French Grand Prix, but both there and at Mugello last Sunday he crashed. Part of the blame seems to be pointing to the HRC team, which has not been able to find the key so that both Marc and his teammate Joan Mir have a stable mount.
