At least two detainees in the police operation to dismantle marijuana plantations in occupied apartments in the Mas Pellicer neighborhood of Reus. The Mossos d’Esquadra, together with the Urban Police, have entered seven properties, most of them owned by the Housing Agency of Catalonia.
As explained by the inspector and deputy chief of the Basic Police Area of ??Baix Camp-Priorat, Pere Plassa, the objective of the device is to vacate them and return them to the Government so that they can be delivered to people with difficulties in accessing a home. The police officer stated that the joint device is being produced “successfully” and without incident.
In the operation, the agents have also disconnected the fraudulent water and electricity connections and agents of Citizen Security, the Criminal Investigation Division of Reus and also members of the ARRO of the Camp de Tarragona are intervening, as well as the canine units and the service of drones.
