Each sexual relationship is a world, in terms of experience, tastes and time that a couple can spend maintaining intimate relationships. But in Aruseros they have stopped to reflect on what is the ideal duration of sex. There were opinions for all tastes, including that of the presenter of the Alfonso Arús program.

Faced with those who boast of “authentic marathons” and assure that they are “capable of enduring an hour and a half in bed”, Aruseros has rescued a recently published study published by Mundo Deportivo.

According to this research, the optimal duration of any sexual intercourse ranges from 3 to 13 minutes. “Everything that goes from 13 begins to be excessive,” stressed the presenter.

After hearing the conclusions of this study, the collaborators had another question: “When does the stopwatch start counting?” Marc Redondo wondered. “When one of the two says: ‘Ya!'”, joked the presenter.

For her part, Alba Gutiérrez was not so clear about the start time, because “there are people who focus a lot on one phase and there are many in a relationship, that is, we would have to agree when it starts.”

For Angie Cárdenas, the main revelation of this study is that “we have to put an end to these myths of measurements, times and situations, you would do it and so on. Things are much simpler.”

Arús surprised with one last comment: “I don’t know why, when you see that you’re going too far, it appears as the voice of Florentino Pérez saying ‘go finishing, it’s very long'”. A point that has caused the laughter of the collaborators.
