Happy Halloween! Mother Nature is bringing some surprises for the holiday. We can expect passing showers and strong winds, but don’t worry, there will also be some treats in store. Get ready for some spooky sunshine and pleasantly humid weather. The temperatures will be in the mid-80s, making it a perfect day for all your Halloween activities.
Compared to last year, this Halloween won’t be as scorching hot. In fact, it was the hottest Halloween on record in Miami! As we head into the weekend, the winds will calm down a bit but still be breezy. The high pressure system that has been dominating the weather this week will weaken, but a new system will take its place next week, keeping things fairly consistent with the strong breeze and chances of isolated showers.
Looking ahead to next week, there is a possibility of increased moisture coming in from the south and west, which could bring more passing showers. Keep an eye on the weather as we approach Election Day, as there may be rain and thunderstorms in South Florida that could impact voter turnout.
In the tropics, there is a chance of a low-pressure system forming in the western Caribbean Sea. There is a 50-50 shot of tropical development within the next week, so it’s important to stay informed and prepared.
