After two under par on the opening day, Rahm had a round without errors, with seven birdies to reach the final day, set this Saturday, with a chance. They have a cumulative score of nine under par.
In this first stop in the US in 2024 on the controversial Saudi circuit, DeChambeau and Johnson delivered cards of 62 strokes, eight under par, and have a cumulative score of -11.
The Chilean Joaquín Niemann and the Spanish David Puig are five points behind the leaders (-6).
The Mexican Abraham Ancer has a cumulative score of five under par after this Friday’s two under par.
The Spaniards Sergio García and Eugenio López Chacarra are further away, both with a cumulative score of three under par.
