Oregon State has moved up four spots to a tie for No. 6 in the latest Associated Press poll released Monday morning.

It’s the highest OSU has been ranked this season. The Beavers (27-3, 16-2 Pac-12), who are tied with Mississippi State for sixth, clinched the outright Pac-12 regular-season title with a home sweep of No. 10 Stanford and California over the weekend. It’s the third season in a row OSU has won at least a share of the conference championship.

Besides OSU and Stanford, No. 11 Washington and No. 15 UCLA are the other Pac-12 teams ranked in the poll. Arizona State received votes.

OSU next heads to Seattle for the Pac-12 Tournament, where the Beavers will open at 11:30 a.m. Friday against the winner of Thursday’s first-round matchup between Cal and USC. In the regular season, the Beavers swept Cal and split with USC, with the Trojans pulling off a stunning 70-50 upset at Gill Coliseum earlier this month.
