PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — Michael Conforto will get his second spring training start on Sunday when the Mets host the Tigers in Grapefruit League action, Sunday at 1:10 p.m., ET.

Conforto is 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs in two games as a right fielder and pinch-hitter. In his first spring at-bat Friday against the Red Sox, the left-handed Conforto lined opposite-field single into left. He hit a solo homer in his second at-bat. Then, Saturday against the Nationals, drove in Gavin Cecchini with another line-drive single.

Neil Walker will also make his first spring training appearance. First baseman Dominic Smith will get his first start. Sunday’s lineup boasts three lefties (Conforto, Smith and Brandon Nimmo) and three switch hitters (Walker, Jose Reyes and Ty Kelly) against the left-handed Matthew Boyd.

Boyd will oppose right-hander Chris Flexen, who is in Mets’ camp as a non-roster invitee.

Kevin Plawecki will sit this one out. Plawecki has a left knee contusion, the result of a collision with Washington’s Rafael Bautista’s shoulder on Saturday. X-rays showed no additional damage and Plawecki is considered day-by-day until the swelling goes down.

“It’s better than I expected,” Plawecki said. “All of the test results came out clean so I’ll just take it day-to-day and continue to get some treatment on it to kind of see how it progresses. Happy that everything is checking out right now.”

Lucas Duda remains out after getting cortisone shots in his hips last week. David Wright is also out after seeing two at-bats as a DH on Saturday.

Here is the lineup for Sunday’s game:

Jose Reyes, SS

Juan Lagares, CF

Michael Conforto, RF

Neil Walker, 2B

Travis d’Arnaud, C

Brandon Nimmo, LF

Ty Kelly, DH

Dominic Smith, 1B

Matt Reynolds, 3B
