On June 1, Real Madrid will play its eighteenth Champions League final at the legendary Wembley Stadium in London, the third against a German team and the first against Borussia Dortmund, which reaches the final step for the most prestigious title in club level for the third time in its history.
The whites will fight for their fifteenth title and they will not do it alone. Thousands of Real Madrid fans, members and fans, will travel to the British capital to support Carlo Ancelotti’s team.
However, getting a ticket to watch the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund is not an easy task. In the case of members, the club has already opened the process to request one of these tickets. Ends May 13.
“The process will be carried out exclusively through the online Member Services Office, accessing with the member number and pin code. Tickets can only be requested by Real Madrid members and a maximum of 6 members can be included in the same request,” explains the white entity in a statement.
In the event that more ticket requests are registered than available seats, a drawing will be held before a notary on May 14 to determine the members who are entitled to the seats and the order in which the tickets are collected, they detail. In total, UEFA has reserved 25,000 for each team.
The legendary Wembley stadium has a capacity for 86,600 spectators, but, in addition to the tickets for the teams (50,000 in total), UEFA also reserves another part for sponsors, authorities and personalities. In the end, there are only about 10,000 left for free sale.
These remaining ones have already been on sale since last April, as reported in a statement through their website. They can be purchased through UEFA.com/tickets. Each applicant will be able to purchase up to four tickets in the assigned price category, they warn.
