the Case against the former Team Sky doctor Richard Freeman, who risks losing the right to practice as a medical doctor, has developed into a farce, which now also is whether the former Sky coach Shane Sutton is able to get an erection.

on Tuesday stormed the Sutton in rage out of the høringslokalet in Manchester, where Freeman’s lawyer had previously accused him of being a ‘liar and dope’, writes the newspaper the Daily Mail.

His abrupt exit took place after two hours of questioning about his role in the Freeman acknowledged the procurement of 30 doses of testosterone. The male sex hormone according to Freeman’s used for the treatment of Suttons ‘erectile dysfunction’ and not as a performance-enhancer to the riders at Team Sky.

the 61-year-old Sutton, who is often described as a bully and in 2017 had to leave his job in the british cykleunion after charges of bullying, however, rejected the with snorting contempt, that he should have problems with his forplantningsorgan. He had and has, therefore, no need for the testosterone, he understand in no uncertain terms.

– Had I ordered it, I would not have any problem with saying that it was for me. You say in the media, that I can’t get it up to stand, but my wife wants to testify and tell you that you are a damn liar. It was not for me, and I ordered it never, said Sutton to attorney Mary O’rourke, who leads the word of Freeman in the matter.

the Doctor himself sits during the consultation process behind a foreclosure, so Sutton can’t get eye contact with him. Freemans health is supposedly so fragile that he does not tolerate any form of contact with his former colleague at Team Sky.

– She (O’rourke, eds.) has accused me, but I have seen the panel in the eyes. I’m not lying. I’m leaving the hearing now. I don’t need to be drawn into this lorteopgør, who she personally pulls me through, said Shane Sutton to the tribunal, which must decide the Freeman’s fate, before he strode out of the room.

Freeman was in the 2011 doctor of both Team Sky (in the day Team Ineos) and the british cykleforbund British Cycling. He risks losing the right to practice as a doctor, if the tribunal finds him guilty of having procured doping to athletes, handed out drugs to patients without prior examination and have neglected to maintain records.

Thursday will resume the case, as the first is expected to be finalised in december. The proceedings of the ‘Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS), which in the Uk takes a decision on whether doctors are fit to practise their profession.

the Prosecutor in the case is the General Medical Council (GMC), which is a counterpart to the Danish Agency for Patient safety.

MPTS announced in a press release Wednesday afternoon that Shane Sutton does not show up for the hearing Thursday.
