Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) finally learned that their mother Mary (Samantha Smith) is working with the British Men of Letters in “Supernatural” Season 12. Last week, her youngest son reminded her why they couldn’t trust the covert organization.
Meanwhile, Kelly Kline (Courtney Ford), the woman carrying Lucifer’s (Mark Pellegrino) child, accepted protection from Dagon (Ali Ahn), the prince of hell, after an angel tried to kill her. We also discovered that Crowley (Mark Sheppard) has kept the devil chained in hell.
What will happen in Thursday’s episode?
According to the synopsis (via TVGuide) of Season 12, episode 14, Sam and Dean help Mary take down a nest of vampires. However, the plan backfires when the alpha-vamp shows up and turns the tables on Mary and the British Men of Letters.
The promo of the upcoming episode, titled “The Raid,” shows Mr. Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) telling the Winchesters that he plans to terminate every single vampire in America.
The preview also shows both Ketch and Mary trying to recruit her sons to the supernatural-fighting organization. “What the British Men of Letters are doing — it’s a better way,” Smith’s character tells the hunters. Of course, the boys look unconvinced. Will they consider working for the BMOL?
There is no word yet on whether Castiel (Misha Collins) will be back in this episode. Fortunately, Rick Worthy is back as the Alpha Vamp in the upcoming “Supernatural” episode.
Moreover, Pellegrino is permanently back as the fallen angel. Crowley tweaked his old vessel in order to make it a more fitting host for the devil.
Although Lucifer is in Crowley’s clutches, it doesn’t seem like he will be there for long. It’s only a matter of time before God’s son escapes and finds his son on Earth.
