31. October announced Umut Sakayra – something unexpected – that he withdrew from ‘dancing with the stars. It happened on his Instagram profile.

Here he explained that he could no longer cope with the many negative messages he had received in the aftermath of his participation in the danseprogrammet, where he Friday after Friday got bundkarakterer from the judges.

‘The negative comments on social media are simply gone and become too much for me. They started with the personal svinere which had nothing to do with the dance, entertainment and fun. The last drop which got the glass to float over was that these people are starting to pig my baby Guldkroen to, completely without filter’, wrote cook, among other things, on his Instagram profile.

You must remember to say, when something becomes too much and one is about to crack in half. I have therefore chosen to pull me from Dancing With the stars. The negative comments on social media are simply gone and become too much for me. They started with the personal svinere which had nothing to do with the dance, entertainment and fun. The last drop which got the glass to float over was that these people are starting to pig my baby Guldkroen to, completely without filter. I have worked very hard in the last 10 years to improve my skills in my profession and scraped money together to open my inn. I have had to sacrifice so much for my profession and I simply can’t risk to be made to or be destroyed because I want to have fun in a dance competition. I’ve had it bad with it from the start, which I also previously expressed and I have been trying to get them to understand it’s just an entertainment where we should have fun, but it helped unfortunately not. I am eternally grateful to all those who have supported me and have made, that I was allowed to be in the program and experience all the cool things as also followed to have with, but it is simply tipped over with all the negative, as I really have no use for in my life. Certainly not when the negativity go, and are being targeted towards my business which has nothing to do with the program. I will apologize many time for those who would like to see more of us in Dancing With the stars, but I really can’t do more and it is probably best to join while the game is good instead of an ugly ending for me. And Jenna, her I come to miss in my life and all the fun moments we had together in the training rooms and in the while we danced. She has taught me incredibly a lot and been by my side through everything here. I am so sincerely sorry that we had to end this way. Jenna has been the best instructor, a great friend and I am so honored to have gotten to know her. What do I do now? The next piece of

‘So ended my ‘dancing with the stars’-season in years. It is never easy when it ends, but this year it must clearly be the most difficult year for me. I wish we could still dance on, but it was not to be. I just have to accept that Umut need to stop it all here’, she wrote.
