The double Super Bowl winner Eli Manning end his career after 16 years as the New York Giants’ quarterback.
The legendary quarterback will on Friday hold a press conference where he will announce his decision.
It shall notify the NFL club on its website on Wednesday.
– In the 16 seasons defined Eli Manning what it means to be a New York Giant (a New York Giants player, red.) both on and off the pitch, ” said Giants owner John Mara in a message.
– Eli is one of the best players in our club’s history.
– It meant something to Eli to be the Giants’ quarterback, and it meant even more for us, ” said John Mara.
Manning has been a big profile in the New York club, which has won two Super Bowl titles during manning’s leadership. In both Super Bowl victories were Manning subsequently named the match’s most valuable player, MVP.
