on Friday night went Michael Maze and Mikkel Kessler for the first time on the floor in ‘dancing with the stars’ with their respective partners in the show, Mie Martha Moltke and the Mille Funk.

Both were far more affected by nerves than they had imagined.

– It was terrible! Not, terrible is probably a bit wrong word, but we have simply been so nervous. We have talked about, that’s just the flip does not go down’. I really hope not, we need to have it like this every time, says the former boxer, Mikkel Kessler.

For the former table tennis player Michael Maze, it was not only in the show itself, he was overpowered by nervousness.

– I can’t remember the rehearsal. I got totally blackout. I’m stiff as a stick, he says.

– This day in general has been absolutely insanely cross-border. I knew I would be nervous, and that it was unfamiliar ground, but I didn’t know that you could have it like this, ” he says.

The two sportsmænd has made no secret that it’s an old bet, that has earned them to put up in the show. For years back, they agreed so that, if one did it, so should the other also.

But originally, there was actually more than pride at stake.

– In the really old days we also had a little on edge, but it is so many years ago, so now we will just support each other and get one on the experiencer.

About ten years, when we sit with a glass of red wine and a little less hair on the head, then we can talk about where stivbenede we were. It is nice to have one with, as you know so well, said Michael Maze.

No smoke out of the premiereprogrammet. First on Friday will be a couple voted out of the competition.
