Isabel Díaz Ayuso turns 45 today. A birthday that has coincided with the purchase of your first property. The president of the Community of Madrid has been in a stable relationship with Alberto González for more than two years and some time ago they decided to start looking for a house, which they have already found, to start a life together.
The president of the Popular Party of Madrid has always lived in rent, but a year ago she admitted in an interview to the magazine Yo Dona that she was looking for a house that she could buy because she wanted to stop living in rent. “I have been paying rent for 20 years and this will end”. “I say this as another middle-class citizen who lives in Madrid and has overcome the same obstacles. The Community of Madrid did not want to provide information, as it is a private matter for Isabel Díaz-Ayuso that has nothing to do with her public activity. However, various media have published that the new home is located near the current address, in Chamberí. She has lived in this district since she was born, first with her parents and then as a single woman. He currently lives in a 60 square meter flat for which he pays around 1,500 euros. But, in addition, Chamberí is a district where 59.67% of the inhabitants voted for the illustrious neighbor in the last regional elections.
According to Vanitatis, the flat is about 180 square meters, has a parking space and a storage room located in a building with a 24-hour concierge. Since it was built in the fifties, most of the new owners have to carry out works to modernize the house. And the price that the couple could have paid is approximately one million euros.
The new home is located in an area with shops, bars and schools. It should not be forgotten that Alberto González is a consultant for a group dedicated to health and has three children from a previous relationship. But, in addition, both Díaz Ayuso and he want to expand the family. Precisely, in July, the Madrid politician announced that she had had a natural abortion of a “much wanted” and sought-after baby, as she later qualified her surroundings after the news became known.
Isabel Díaz Ayuso and Alberto González met at the end of 2020, shortly after she broke up with Jairo Alonso, a childhood friend with whom she spent four years. As the president’s surroundings explained then, her brother Tomás was the one who introduced them. The first images of the couple were published in May 2021 in Lecturas magazine, during a break in Ibiza.
