Hundreds of protesters against the amnesty cut off the A-6 and head to the Moncloa palace

Several hundred protesters against the amnesty have blocked the first section of the A-6 highway, entering Madrid, with the intention of heading towards the Moncloa Palace, headquarters of the Presidency of the Government.

The protesters, many of whom carried Spanish flags, walked between the cars until they ran into a police barrier that prevented them from continuing on their way. They have managed to pass the Victory Arch from Princess Street, but the agents have blocked their way before Seneca Avenue.

This demonstration takes place after the rally against the pact that the PSOE has closed with the independentists to amnesty those prosecuted for the ‘procés’ that has packed Madrid’s Plaza de Cibeles and which has been organized by more than a hundred civil entities.
