The Danish ice hockey goaltender Frederik Andersen kept a clean sheet in almost the whole of the fight in the Toronto Maple Leafs’ first victory in the NHL team’s new coach.

Danish Frans Nielsen stood for a single assist to Luke Glendenings goal for the Red Wings, and although it ultimately wasn’t enough to get points for bundholdet, it created probably some relief at the Danish veteran.
It is Nielsen’s first points in this season where he, quite unusually, neither had made a goal or assist in his first 19 matches.
