In the month of september revealed Helena Christensen across from the Mail On Sunday’s You magazine the secret surrounding his beautiful figure, and explained that she with his viking mentality used nature in its fitness programs.

‘I swim in the ocean, I swim in the rivers, I swim in the lakes. I take on hikes and chopping wood. It is the best way to train the body, because it really does not feel like training. It feels more like you are alive’.

‘In the past summer I went several times a day down to the beach and ran on bare feet in the sand with my dog. I jumped in the sea and moved me as a crazily around in the water. This is where I feel most calm, most happy and most stable.’
