One need not read long in tv guide before the one sports program after another popping up. It, however, on the hunt for sword and sorcery, there may be a gap between the offers.

It takes comedian Christian Fuhlendorff in each case. He sees himself as a geek and think that they are a neglected target group of the Danish television channels.

РGeeks in general is a little bit forgotten. We are skidegode to low pay for sportstossen in the class, but we are herred̴rlige to make tv for the nerds, he says to Ekstra Bladet.

– There is a reason that superhero films have dominated the cinemas for the last 10 years, and ‘Stranger Things’ is popular on tv. It is because, it is a lot of geeks who want to see it, they go up on the screen. Now we have just some tv-stations that are hard to get through to, because they still want to be cool for the cool boys in the class.

The copenhagen prankster has therefore taken the matter into their own hands and made a podcast for people with a penchant for brave knights and fire-spitting dragons. It’s called ‘… the tradition of the Tower’ and goes in all its simplicity, that Christian Fuhlendorff meet with a group of friends and play the popular role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons.

– It is Denmark’s smallest podcast to the most narrow audience, he says with a laugh.

in Addition to Christian Fuhlendorff even count the regular attendees of his old sambo Timmi, Tony Scott, Jeanet Trebbien and Brian Dark.

I played so much Dungeons & Dragons as a teenager, but then I put it from me. At one point I was the adult and I thought, ‘no no no, now I must be serious’. Now I’ve been adult for a while and have found out that it was actually more fun to be a teen.

you Can follow the podcast, even if you don’t know Dungeons & Dragons?

I think, because what people are really like by sitting and watch it, is to follow some people who just have it cosy together, he says.

Every week, we throw over an hour of entertainment up, which people can see for free on YouTube. There is 11-1200 people who look real, and I spend almost more time on than anything else at the moment.

Although the audience is limited, put Christian Fuhlendorff all forces in the podcast. He shall pay all expenses in connection with the filming – which among other things includes sound engineer, rocks and local – and describes the enterprise as ‘loss-making’.

– It may of course be greater, but right now it is just about to make something that has something of nostalgia in it, then you will find the forward, you had as a child, he says.

I could well imagine that there were several who put their smartphones and iPads by themselves and sat down, and found a piece of paper and playing with their friends inside a fantasy world. That is, I think, would be healthy. It provides the proximity. It is social to sit together, so if I can get more people to play role playing games, I would be really happy.
