It has been quiet around The Stone Roses since the summer of 2017.

Now confirms guitarist John Squire, the English rock band is dissolved, in an interview with the newspaper The Guardian

John Squire will not deepen the breach.

The Stone Roses were formed in Manchester in 1983 and released in 1989 their self-titled debut album, which has the status of a milestone in british music history.

The Stone Roses was dissolved the first time in 1996.

the Group was restored with huge commercial success in 2011, where they sold 220.000 tickets in an hour and filled the stadiums back home in the Uk.

The iconic band gave four concerts at the City of Manchester Stadium in the summer of 2016.

The Stone Roses’ last appearance in Denmark took place during the aarhus festival NorthSide anno 2012.

John Squire is now continuing his career as a painter, while singer Ian Brown released his seventh solo album, ‘Ripples’, earlier in the year.
