A 24-year-old man acknowledges that he in the summer threw a røgbombe in through the window of an apartment belonging to the professional football player Jens Stage.

It was well his change of clubs. I was angry, explains to the accused, when he Tuesday morning giving evidence in a packed courtroom 3 at the Court in Aarhus.

the Incident took place on the night of 14. July at 02.30 by Jens Stages apartment in Eckersbergsgade in Aarhus.

Two persons – Jens Stages roommate and his girlfriend – were sleeping in the apartment.

It is the prosecution’s submission that they were in serious danger, because the bomb ignited a fire, and there was heavy smoke.

a Few days later, the 24-year-old arrested and in custody, and two other men, both 21 years old, was arrested. All three are now charged in the case.

The 24-year-old explains in court that he did not intend to cause danger to anyone.

– Jens (Stage, red.) should play in Copenhagen the day after towards the OB, as far as I remember. So I thought that there was someone home, he explains.

the Aim was to give the footballer, who recently moved from AGF to FC Copenhagen, a lesson.

– It might make some marks on the floor, and then he could (Jens Stage, red.) see the threat, once he came back, explaining the defendants.

It was he who wrote the words ‘In Aarhus punishable treason. Pigs!!! Judas’ on a slip of paper that was wrapped around the røgbomben.

The two people who were in the apartment, got out and was not hurt.

The three defendants explains that, within the episode had been drinking close in the 24-year-olds apartment.

They went to Jens Stages apartment, and one of the defendants threw the first, a cobblestone through the window.

Then cast the 24-year-old røgbomben, while the third accused person was filming it with his phone.

While all three can admit to have made threats, so they refuse to commit arson, and injury risk.

That fall, the judgment in the case next week.
