Snow and ice affect circulation on 52 roads this Sunday at noon, most of the secondary network, and the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) marks a 26.8 kilometer stretch with the green level – traversable with caution – of the A-67, in Valdeprado del Río (Cantabria).
According to the information provided by the DGT on its website, there are a total of 44.4 kilometers of roads at black level (closed); to which are added 439.1 in the red level – the use of chains or winter tires is mandatory and the circulation of trucks and buses is prohibited; 50.2 in yellow level – the circulation of trucks and articulated vehicles is prohibited; and 181.4 in green level.
The roads affected by the snow storm are in Lleida (9), Huesca (7), Navarra (6), Cantabria (4), Asturias (9), León (8), Burgos (7), Salamanca (1) , and Granada (2).
There are sections cut off on six of these roads due to snow or ice: in Granada on the A-4025 at Güejar Sierra; in Asturias on the AS-348 in Cangas de Narcea; in Cantabria on the CA-643 in the port of Lunada; in Salamanca on the DSA-191 in El Travieso; in Lleida between kilometers 37 and 49 of the C-28; and in Navarra on the NA-137, at the Venta de Juan Pito.
